Mindfulness

Mindfulness is being an observer of your thoughts and actions. It’s taking a step back and being in the moment. Being mindful is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.

The links below provide lots of exercises and activities to help you to be more mindful, and practice the skill of mindfulness.
